“A Taste of Change” by Peter G. Rose
Program 2 pm, Museum Open 1 to 4 pm
Food Historian and author Peter G. Rose will teach us how cookbooks can tell us more than just how a dish is made. They tell us about a family’s ethnicity that transcends generations through the continuation of customs and celebrations. Participants are encouraged to bring their own inherited cookbooks and recipe boxes as we discuss the importance of saving these items for the future.
$10 person. Members free. Children 12 and under free.
