Welcome to the Jacobus Vanderveer House and Museum, headquarters of General Henry Knox during the winter of 1778-79 and the only surviving building associated with the Pluckemin Artillery Cantonment, America’s first military academy.
Join us for our annual holiday event!
Take photos with Santa, decorate holiday cookies, listen to live music, and see Colonial Reenactors in action.
Go on a docent-led tour of our historic house decorated for the holidays.
Admission is free, with refreshments available by donation.
